Clear Vision, Glasses-Free
Experience the freedom, visual clarity, and comfort that contact lenses offer. Contacts aren’t just for certain prescriptions. We offer a variety of specialty lenses designed for “hard-to-fit” eyes, including those with high prescriptions, astigmatism, or other conditions.
At Go Vision, we custom-fit contact lenses for many people who thought contact lenses weren’t an option for them. We also offer contact lenses for children, including specialty myopia control lenses.

What to Expect During a Contact Lens Exam
Before you get fitted for contact lenses, we’ll assess the overall health of your eye. During this assessment, we’ll discuss any questions or concerns you have and determine which style of contacts will work for you.
Once we’ve decided which contact lens style to fit, we’ll use a corneal topographer to map the shape of your cornea (the clear part of your eye in front of the iris). This allows us to get a precise fit for your new contacts.
After your contact lens exam, we’ll explain how to care for your lenses and keep them clean. When your contacts are ready, we’ll book a fitting appointment to check that the fit is comfortable and your vision is clear.
Our Specialty Contact Lenses
At Go Vision, we believe that everyone should have the option to wear the eyewear they prefer, whether that be glasses or contacts. That’s why our optometrists go beyond fitting standard soft and rigid gas-permeable (RGP) contacts and offer a variety of specialty options.
The shape of your eyes shouldn’t dictate whether you’re able to go glasses-free. Our optometrists can customize contacts for eyes that are difficult to fit, including those with high astigmatism, keratoconus, Sjögren’s syndrome, corneal transplants or scarring, and dry eye disease.
Regardless of your contact lens needs, we’ve got you covered.
Scleral Contacts
These large-diameter lenses sit on the white of your eye (the sclera) and vault over your cornea without touching it. You’ll fill the space between the lens and your cornea with saline to provide a clear, comfortable, and hydrating fit.
Scleral lenses are a great option for people with abnormal corneas from scarring, keratoconus, or other conditions, as well as for those with severe dry eye or Sjögren’s Syndrome.
Aspheric Contacts
Custom-fit to you, aspheric contact lenses feature a varied curvature that provides clear, sharp vision for people with distinct eye aberrations (imperfections that impact vision). Aspheric contact lenses can reduce eye strain in those who struggle with standard spherical lenses.
Hybrid Contacts
Hybrid contact lenses combine the rigid centre of RGP lenses for crisp vision with a soft silicone hydrogel skirt for a comfortable fit. Hybrid lenses may help those with irregularities to their cornea, as well as reducing the risk of dry eye due to the silicone hydrogel material.
Multifocal Contacts
Just as multifocal glasses allow you to see near and far distances without switching glasses, multifocal contacts include different prescription levels that correct near, intermediate, and far distance vision seamlessly. These lenses offer a convenient option for those with presbyopia who prefer to wear contacts.
Toric Contacts
Toric contact lenses are specially designed for people with astigmatism. Instead of having the same curve all the way around, these lenses have different curvatures in different directions. That means they can correct both the shape of your eye and your prescription at the same time. Built-in stabilizing features help them stay in the right position on your eye so your vision stays clear and consistent.
Sports Contacts
Wearing contacts while playing sports has the added benefit of not needing to worry about the safety and fit of your glasses staying on while in motion.
Regular contact lenses don’t provide sun protection on their own, which can make outdoor play challenging. That’s why we offer tinted sports contact lenses, like Altius, which combine the clarity of contacts with built-in light filtering, helping reduce glare, boost contrast, and keep your eyes more comfortable during the game.
Ortho-K and Myopia Control Lenses
Myopia control, or the methods used to slow the progression of nearsightedness in children, may include contact lenses. We can fit contacts for kids around 8 years old, although each child is different. If your child is interested in going glasses-free, talk to us about our contact lenses for kids.
We fit children for a variety of contact lenses, with some in particular to help with myopia control. Ortho-k lenses, for example, are worn overnight to gently reshape the cornea and allow your child to see clearly in the morning without any corrective lenses.
Give Contacts a Try
Whether you’ve worn contacts in the past and found them uncomfortable, or are interested in trying them for the first time, we can help you find a custom-fit lens style that suits your unique eyes.
Additionally, our team is here to help you with financing and convenient online orders. We offer free shipping on contact lens orders and a manufacturer’s rebate that is typically higher than that of online retailers.
